What was is gone, what is to come can still be. If I do what I've always done, I'll get what I've always got. This needs to change. Here I challenge myself to that change and see what can yet become of this chapter of my life.

72 of 100 ... Centering
If it wasn't such a long day that exhausted me, I had grand plans for another little step! but when you leave work after 6 PM, and supper still needs to be made and eaten (am trying to imagine alternatives to this!), something has to give. So, it's doing that gets set aside. But, 1/2 the battle is knowing what to do and setting your mind to doing it. We'll try again for tomorrow!! An event is over, I made it through, so let's see what I can accomplish between now and the next big event!
DAY'S REPORT
Habits:
- Clean Sink: yes
- Cups of Water: 4
- Hours of sleep:5.5
- Meds: yes
- Reading: yes (fiction)
- FoodRecord: no

(E-Environment, H:Health, F:Financial, PD: Prof/Personal Development, R: Relationships.)
Gratitude:
1. I'm grateful today that I was productive during the day. I have so much to do so it was nice to be focused 85% of the day.
2. I'm grateful today that I still had a bit of left-over Chinese food for supper. It's gone now ... which means that starting again is in my very near future!
3. I'm grateful today to be able to help out RA's daughter and her school and the people who will get a chicken because I bought magazines! I'm grateful I have some money to do that.
4. I'm grateful for hot water ... again, something I say a lot, but after years of luke-warm water after a quick spray of hot, it really is a thing to note!
5. I'm grateful to know young people who I admire and respect. Because of these young people (of all sorts of ages), I do have hope for our future.
