The answer is in ... it was recovery! Sunday was a fantastic day! I got a lot done today ... I got 4 things checked off my massive list! Love when that happens! AND I got in to work to do a few things that I did not complete on Friday ... AND I met VG for dinner. oh, and I had a 5 hr phone convo with JS ... (how that happens, I don't know ... the boy must be lonely on some level!)

Goal Advancement for today:
Not really a goal, but just knowing that I have a technique that works is a good feeling. And, seeking ways to tweek the process and practicing them. All that goes in my favour.

Gratitude:
1. I'm grateful today for RA and the support and opportunity for accountability she gives me. It's good for me to voice the goals and, in a way, commit to them and then report on them after. It's nice that there is no feeling of judgement or such but just a place for reporting. I can see the difference between a person and here.
2. I'm grateful today for JS ... sometimes he can overstep the boundaries of friendship in a way that I don't do to him or anyone else. But every so often, a nugget comes forth - often he doesn't know it has happened, but a nugget that helps me in some way. Last night, something said reminded me of some writing I did a long time ago. I spent a bit of time reviewing what I wrote and it gave me food for thought again.
3. I'm grateful today for the beautiful fall weather we are getting now. It is beautiful - sweater weather with a touch of a chill, trees are in full colour, fallen leaves everywhere. This is the time that I'd love to run through the mounds of autumn leaves! I so love autumn!
4. I'm grateful that I got to share a meal with a friend ... It will be the only one this Thanksgiving, so at least there is one meal I shared with a friend! It was all-you-can-eat shrimp at Red Lobster - enough calories to equal the turkey dinner, I'm sure!
5. I'm grateful for the productive day I had! A good day, from start to finish!
