67 of 100 ... Small Solution to Exhaustion?

I'm not sure if I found a possible way to wake up when so tired, or if it is but a temporary reprieve ... either way, I'll take what I can get.  It worked for work, but after work, I gave in again. What worked, you asked?  I didn't set out a Pomodoro (though I thought about it - it is just that the interruptions at work can be many, and so the unbroken 25 min could only work after the general day is over or when I go in on the weekend) ... what I did do is find positive, upbeat, music ... that I didn't know and so didn't know what was coming.  I found such music on YouTube - I didn't realize that there were full playlists on there.  I typed in the genre that I find energizing (in this case, 'electro-swing') and found something around an hour long to begin.  Well, the choices are unending!!! My recommends, at this time, include:

... there are so many!! the thing about this music is that you can't sit still while you listen to it, so that means that you can't get lethargic! Now to figure out a way to connect it to my stereo!

Gratitude:

1.  I'm grateful today, to have discovered these playlists on YouTube! Now, I hope I can put them to good use!
2.  I'm grateful today to have gotten through what I needed to get through at work and home by 6 PM.
3.  I'm grateful today that tomorrow is Friday, and that I have no meetings tomorrow!
4.  I'm grateful that I'm getting a chance to lead a group at work.   They are a good group, I'm just not sure where the break occurs.  Maybe, like me, it's so easy to lose focus!
5.  I'm grateful for the resurgence of music that I can enjoy and get behind! "Take club-inspired ‘20s -‘40s swing, old-school jazz, house music and mash it up for a mad man’s gumbo." AND ... one of the top bands out of France is performing at the 2015 Calgary Folk Festival! Caravan Palace - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7JOa3dISg0 - I think I will need to go to the Folk Festival this coming year!
