What was is gone, what is to come can still be. If I do what I've always done, I'll get what I've always got. This needs to change. Here I challenge myself to that change and see what can yet become of this chapter of my life.

65 of 100 ... Tuesday that feels like Monday
I somehow have to figure out how to get out of this. Correction - I think I know already how, I just need to get one good night's sleep. One night without tossing and turning, waking and getting sick. I know how to turn things around, I just don't have the energy. It's not my poor quality of sleep, it's that I can't fall asleep ... and when I do, I'm forever waking with a wonky stomach or a visit to the washroom. I wonder if sleeping pills might help?

Gratitude:
1. I'm grateful that I got to see my doctor the same day I went for my blood tests. I now know what to expect when it comes to her covering my medical needs re: warfarin.
2. I'm grateful that I didn't miss much of work today, even though I had 2 needs away from work. Two appointments and 2 meetings at work .. no wonderful my brain was fried!
3. I'm grateful today that I got home before 7 PM. And I'm grateful that Percy took all that time to help me. Granted, his butt was covered as well, but I'm glad he sat with me and went over all that needed to be done. (Note- especially when his wife was to have their second child that night!!! Second child in about a year ...)
4. I'm grateful that I didn't throw up ... it might have helped me sleep better, but I really don't like doing it.
5. I'm grateful that I got up in good time, got to where I needed to go and survived the day.
