What was is gone, what is to come can still be. If I do what I've always done, I'll get what I've always got. This needs to change. Here I challenge myself to that change and see what can yet become of this chapter of my life.

58 of 100 ... Eye of the Storm
I was going to go for deep water exercise tonight but VG backed out and that gave me the opportunity to focus on one thing. Choosing one thing to focus on definitely was the key - a small thing, complete it, and choose another. Everything was still in turmoil around me, but in my focus, I was able to complete it. It worked! All in the mind - center on one thing, at the expense of all else. One step at a time. I guess that's how all journeys start, right? :-)
Moments of Gratitude
1. Today I am grateful to get my bed sheets changed ... somehow I ripped the sheets and at least I got the problem solved today! Now, to figure out how to mend it another day.
2. Today, I am very grateful to have my reception DDO coverage postponed to late July. That means I have this Friday off and can make good on all the things I didn't complete last weekend! I got a nice list created tonight.
3. Today, I am grateful to get a couple of small tasks done at home. If I wasn't going to go to deep water, I was determined to use the momentum for getting something done!
4. Today, I am grateful for my day to not be as chaotic ... or maybe I just centered on one thing and in that found a sense of calm and focus.
5. Today, I am grateful for a lovely shower! It's not that I don't take them regularly, but there is something glorious about feeling clean after a warm shower. I miss baths, but I'll have to pass on those until the new hot water tank is installed. Until then, thank God for hot showers!!
