What was is gone, what is to come can still be. If I do what I've always done, I'll get what I've always got. This needs to change. Here I challenge myself to that change and see what can yet become of this chapter of my life.

53 of 100 ... So not what I planned but so fantastic!
Sometimes I love to throw all planning out the window and go with the moment. Kind of a "do you wanna do ...??? ... Ok, let's do it!" kind of thinking and living. It's been a long while since I've done that so it was nice to (a) get paid on Friday and (b) spend the next 40 or so hours doing just that. Hence, I come to my blog now, on Sunday to catch up and not on Friday or Saturday!
Gratitude Moments on Friday (so many!)
1. I'm grateful that Friday was payday!!
2. I'm grateful that Clive decided to not stay at the hostel and stay with me instead!
3. I'm grateful that he gave me just enough time to do a quick cleaning on my apartment before he showed up!! (clean bathroom: check; tidied living room: check; empty sink: was already!!!!; bed made: check! .... and he's here!!)
4. I'm grateful that Clive is jumping into a new world and I was able to share in that adventure a bit this weekend ... Friday night, we went for dinner in Banff!! Considering he didn't get to my place until 7ish, we had our dinner a tad late!
5. I'm grateful that I was able to witness a friend take the risk and completely change his life! Makes me excited for him and makes me want to do it somehow in my own way also!
6. I'm grateful for that the situation in Moncton ended peacefully! Enough people were shot and killed and everyone was afraid that the killer would go out in a blaze of glory. He didn't, and instead, surrendered without anymore bloodshed.
