Monday - a new week, a new month! It's amazing how once significant days pass, I feel like I've been holding my breath, and then when they're over, I gasp and breathe deep again.
Gratitude Moments
1. Today, I'm grateful for an overall positive day - nothing negative, moments of productivity, and the plan to be in bed by 10 (or minutes after).
2. Today, I'm grateful I got to speak to my brother. We didn't connect yesterday (though I tried) but the talk was good today. Not heavy, not long, just really positive and good.
3. Today, I'm grateful for another chance - another chance to get healthy, another chance to lose weight, another chance to become what I know I can become, another chance to start again.
4. Today, I'm grateful for figuring out how I'm going to get my upcoming expenses covered. That's a feeling of relief!
5. Today, I'm grateful to just 'be' ... to be able to sit and breathe calmly and feel the assurance that whatever happens, I can handle it and that there's nothing to fear.
