26 of 100 ... Last Friday of Summer 2014!

I didn't get around to writing this entry because the day went completely south on me.  Nothing happened the way I planned it, but on the positive hand, nothing bad really came from it either.  More a confirmation of a few things ... a relief that it's nothing bad and a push in the direction to get healthy sooner rather than later!

Day's Report

Habits:
- Clean Sink: no
- Cups of Water:e
- Hours of sleep: 7h 49m (Fitbit); 6x awake = 8m, 10x restless = 27m
- Meds: no (eeek!!)

- FoodRecord: yes
FitBit Notes:
- 6500 steps (of 10,000) - 2.8 km - 10 active min.

Goal Advancement for today:

Other than work and hospital, no time for anything else.  I am playing with an app called "Goals Wizard" and every day they ask various questions.  I'm finding that a lot of my answers, almost regardless of what the the question is, ... a lot of my answers is "no time".  If that is the case, how do I turn that around?  I am finding I have more energy if I have a good night's sleep, less of a chance at getting sleepy, but my iron is still very low.  In fact, it's the lowest it's been ... and again, no obvious reason.  Any suggestions for any of this?

Gratitude:
1. I'm grateful that my swollen ankles are because of edema.  Yes, there is likely more to this than a simple answer, but I know a few things to do that could make a difference.
2.  I'm grateful today that there are people in my life that care enough about me to "force" me to go to the hospital; in whatever way they do it, I'm grateful!
3.  I'm grateful today that I took the time to take a book and journal with me to the hospital.  There was no cell reception there so I had a few "somethings" that occupied my mind and helped the time go!
4.  I'm grateful today that I got home by midnight. I know there's something to be said about getting things checked sooner rather than later, but there's also something to be said for going on a weekend night, so that when it gets late (because it will!), then you don't have to worry about work the next day. (However forgetting what is important when you come home - like your meds or your bed, is not good!)
5. I'm grateful today that my INR was in the safe range (2.3) ... I  hope I will be typing the same thing this coming Tuesday!!
