17 of 100 ... Digging Deep

Ok ... I'm not sure if Wed was a bust or if something else is going on.  Work was ok ... but I got home and crashed.  I was asleep on my sofa by 6:30 PM, to wake at 12:30, relocate to my bed and then again at 6:30 AM this morning (which will show in Thurs report).  So much I wanted to do, people I wanted to call ... and nada.  Let's see how the day turned out:

Day's Report:

Habits:
- Clean Sink: yes
- Cups of Water:4
- Hours of sleep: 7h 8m
- Meds: yes
- Reading: no, but I did do a bit of journaling at lunch.

Goal Advancement for today:
P: Does the sleep count?
(E-Environment, P:Physical, F:Financial, PA: Prof/Personal Development, R: Relationships.)

Gratitude:
1. On this day, Wednesday, I was grateful for being able to stay caught up at work. One of the girls is gone on holidays and I'm taking over her responsibilities of getting signatures. It was a bit tiring, but I kept on top of it!
2. On this day, Wednesday, I was grateful for wearing a sweater to work.  It has gotten a little chilly so it was nice to stay warm.
3. On this day, Wednesday, I was grateful for not going for lunch with the girl from work (we're going Thursday) so I could do a bit of journaling.
4. On this day, Wednesday, I was grateful for ... for ... getting a parking spot close to the elevator.  I either want a parking spot close to the elevator or on the 2-3 floor, close to the stairs.  I can do the stairs, but only one flight.
5. On this day, Wednesday, I was grateful for ... for ... for ... for the pain in my back being a muscular pain rather than something more serious.  I had this horrible pain in my back all day, enough for me to gasp when it shot through me, and I'm convinced today that it was muscular rather than something like ... a heart attack or something with my lungs?  Checking online for what could cause symptoms were all pretty scary, so today, I'm almost certain that it was muscular (from vomiting Tuesday night). If anything changes, I'll be paying a visit to the hospital.
