19 of 100 ... Stepping out

A really good day.  I've been thinking about this for a bit and today I made a bit of an investment. Let's see how this comes out.  A trend right now with people I know is something called a "Fitbit".  I didn't really commemorate the end of my first 100 days, so I decided today to note the change and get myself one of these things.  It's like a bracelet that tracks all sorts of things, for health benefits.  It was $100 so, I thought, 100 days for $100 = a Fitbit! I got it set up this evening, so we'll see how this goes!

Day's Report:

Habits:
- Clean Sink: yes
- Cups of Water:5
- Hours of sleep: 5ish
- Meds: yes
- Reading: no

Goal Advancement for today:

F: I got some important bills paid and feel good about it!
R: I had lunch with GK and will miss her horribly.
PA: I had an email ... that might lead to another job.  I need to follow this up!
P: Obviously, the purchase of the Fitbit will promote my health!  It has a place for caloric balance but also records sleep and exercise.
(E-Environment, P:Physical, F:Financial, PA: Prof/Personal Development, R: Relationships.)

Gratitude:

1. Today, I am grateful for GK's friendship.  I will miss her horribly and know my life will be a bit quieter right now.  I wish her well but I will miss her.
2. Today, I'm grateful I took the plunge and got the Fitbit.  My first test is to see how well it wakes me tomorrow morning!
3. Today, I'm grateful to get a good INR result.  The more often these happen, the better my life will be!
4. Today, I'm grateful for the encouragement I got from JG - I am really trying to be positive.  Sometimes it's really hard, but I have decided to just not talk about it publicly.  Not on FaceBook, not here.  These are the places where I focus on positive things, to combat those dark moments.  And,right now, it's working.
5. Today, I'm grateful for getting things done today - blood test, lunch with GK, visit to my bank, clearing up my brother's magazine problem, my Fitbit, and spending a bit of time with JG.

Let's see how sleep goes!
