93 of 100 ... Last Day on Kearl

Today, Monday Nov 2, was my last day at Heritage Square - my last day driving in to work.  It was a good day; got to say goodbye to the people that were important to me.  They had arranged to take another woman (PN) out for a finale lunch and asked me to come.  That was nice.  Other than a few nice emails, my last day passed without event.  I finished my job with wrapping up the Close Out Binders that I had on my desk.  I left everything in 'completed' form and felt good about it.  7:30 and I walked out the doors for the last time.  I hope that the people whom I count among my friends will continue to be so, and the rest ... I let go with blessings.

Gratitude: Today, I'm grateful for ...
1. getting my CT scan done and back to work by 9:30 AM!
2. going for lunch with the admins.  A nice treat, even if it wasn't really for me.
3. all the nice little notes I got and the people who took time to say goodbye to me. I know I made little difference in this job and this proved it to me.  For those that came, I am truly grateful.
4. getting the close-out binders completed to a stage where others can easily finish.  That is a project that I didn't follow through on as I wish I had, but at least I ended it clean
5. being so ready for this next chapter!  And I am grateful for the encouragement RA gave me at the end of the day, in preparation for tomorrow!
