I have to admit - there's a part of me that wonders if I sold out. If I just passed on an opportunity. Since leaving teaching, I believe there is something I'm yet to do; I just don't know what. I'm telling myself to take this next year, and begin to lay the foundation for what is to come next. I need to start building the 'house' so, we start with the foundation. I wrote a bit about my frustration to a former student who has walked these steps herself and I got a note back ... her words of wisdom were "bloom where you're planted ... making one change can create a cascade of changes." And I agree. I know I'm also nearing the end of another 100 days so I want to also come up with a way to target the next 100 ... maybe it's time for a new focus? Maybe, with the new job starting and dreams giving the push to become reality, maybe somehow I can change this up a notch or two?

Gratitude: Today, I'm grateful for ...
1. having some clothes to wear that fit me well.
2 being able to drive my car to work and not pay for parking for the last 3 years!
3. the people at work that I know are willing to help me if I have a question.
4. BI ... I have to give a special gratitude to this colleague from work. I'm so grateful for the encouragement and support she has given me over the last couple of years and I'll miss her a lot. I know I'll be in touch with her regularly!
5. RA's idea to get a pill dispenser. I now have a routine for my meds and I don't think I'll ever forget again!
